The Mission
of
the North Terrace Church of Christ
- To draw you to Jesus Christ as the center and measure of all things in your life. The world is filled with religious organizations and churches that seem to draw us to themselves, not to the Lord. Their primary appeal is for us to "join their church" -- not to know, love and follow Jesus Christ.
- To suggest you make it a priority to set up Jesus as the center of your family, the focal point of your life.
- To let you know there are disciples of the Lord nearby, who would love to know you and share the blessings of God with you and your family.
- To offer you a God-given, simple alternative to the many highly structured, institutionalized "churches' that seek to draw you to a "church" instead of to the Lord, Himself.
- To open our hearts and souls to you and your family, in the love of Christ, as fellow pilgrims in a world made difficult by selfishness, injustice, disappointment, pain and disillusionment.
- To encourage you always to look to Jesus, and to let you know that we would love to do that with you.
- To invite you to worship and to serve the Lord with us, as a local family of God's children.
